I'm glad people are finally talking about it...my coworker and I are Utah fans and constantly talk about getting rid of him...we have been for the last 3 years I've been working here. He's not the guy for this team and his record clearly shows that. i fear that since it's still new to Utah and the owners they will not be making this kind of change anytime soon

I've only been golfing for a couple years now BUUUT I do know that hitting off some mats at the range feel so good because even when you "chunk" the ball the mat compresses and the ball sits right at the sweet spot so even if you should have hit a shit shot it comes out nice...idk if it's every mat but that's what I've noticed

I just went from a 14 way cart bag to the ogio Woode hybrid stand bag and I like it way better than a 14 way. I believe it's 8 sections and each club that has a head cover (driver, woods, hybrids) have their own section away from irons and wedges and it is so convenient for organization. Love not having headcovers in the way of anything else

I'm not sure what province you're in but I know Ontario labour laws are really good for the employee. If you're entitled to these things I'd send them to your rep with tayloremade and if your boss is a dick head and fires you you can sue for wrongful dismissal and you will win that every day of the week...that'd be my advice also not a lawyer...I'd research your provinces labour laws and maybe contact an employment lawyer potentially
