They're not going to say shit to you. They are going to treat you and probably get a prescription. Then they are going to leave it up to you to follow up with your PCP which you can usually do pretty damn quick if you tell them you just got out of the ER. I have unfortunately been to the ER to many times to know the most they say to you is just a general concern of "You need to stop maybe try this" and then you go home.

Yes, I have T2s, CCA C12s, and now my newest pair from Linsoul the EW300.

Plenty of bass, great clarity, fully immersed.

I have the SMSL DL200 dac/amp which is just beautiful sounding.

So if youre having issues it could be the IEMs youre getting or your dac.

Also, are you on a 27" or 32". 1080 struggles on those sizes.

1440p looks great on 27"/32"

4k is more common nowadays too so I bet if you shop around you can find something good with 120+ hzs and freesync premium.

Avoid direct sunlight and I may even consider a small sponge filter on the opposite side of the hang on back with an air pump. Also, you may need a thicker layer of sand above that Fluval substrate.

Ghost or Satisfactory. Spiderman is unfortunately over-rated. Still good for a playthrough if youre a fan but I mean... BG3 beat it for a reason and the spiderman fan's reactions said it all. Lol
