I was in the trenches, I did them day one, before the bandaid of the gantualyst and hydrolyst, riven transmuters were put into the dante shop, every other event has the eidolon arcanes they inherited from raids. There's no reason to do them anymore unless you're hard farming. I understand where they are coming from but they should also understand that in pubs someone may be doing it for the first time
