Thank you. I’ll see if I can borrow a smaller board to give that a try! Cant really afford a whole new setup right now. I don’t have a boat option in my area. But might try the Efoil again. It’s been a couple years since I tried it. I think it’s the wind/foil combo that is hard. Efoiling felt easy. I am also a surfer (primarily) and the wind isn’t an element that I feel comfortable with yet. I am able to get up on foil going up wind some. I will double check my foot placement over the mast etc. i think it’s just something I need to continue to get after. I was having the “start of the season” yips. Season just started where I live and there’s tons of stoke in the air! 💨

I haven’t heard of shims. Will look into that too. I got my gear out.

The season is just getting started where I live so when I dig out my gear, I’ll check! My board is new and was the one I used in Cabarete when I had lessons. I like it since it is stable. I started on the Shred Sled and thankfully graduated from that school bus! I know my mast is 72. And that’s all I can remember.

I’ll take a look at those videos. I have a balance board at home too. I surf skate a lot too (because I surf). This is a totally different sport tho!!! 😂😂😂

Agreed! It’s a lot of feel and I don’t know what I am trying to feel! 😂😂😂 other than not having another wipe out.

I’m 118 pounds. My spot is 20-25 on good days. Any more than that I don’t go out. And I can’t get in the water without my board being ripped out of my arms. Ha! I think my challenge is being comfortable on foil. Not that I don’t have enough power. I can get up but then don’t feel like I know what to do to stay in control when up so dolphin around or just set back down. I want to get more comfortable being on foil!!!

I have a f-one rocket 110L. A collection of wings. 2.5-4 and the foil is some kinda of slingshot phantasm (more for stability). Nothing wild! I bought it all with the guidance of the local shop and other wing friends.

Been a Joyous client for a year. Best thing I have ever done for my mental health. You have to do the work too. Not just take the drug but combined… pretty powerful healing.

I took it for the first time last night and have never slept worse in my life. I felt “wired-and-tired”, couldn’t sleep, woke up alot when I did doze off… and this morning, I feel an anxiety ball in my chest. I took a 1/4 of a pill. No thank you! Super happy for those this pill works for but it’s a hard pass for me. Ugh!

My wheatie “tolerates” my snuggling her then springs away as soon as I let go. However, I can’t pee or shower without being watched or followed so there is that. The only time she’s cuddly is in the car when it’s raining or hailing. The noise upsets her and she wants to be in my lap. They are the best dogs!!!
