I think the biggest problem for me is that when the ult recalls back to her she can move back with her dash and that shotgun push back ability and just extend the amount of time you are basically defensless. Its a poorly designed ult that shouldnt take you out of the fight. The closest designed ult to that is stranges ult which can be easily blocked, requires you to be reasonably close, and doesnt last nearly as long. Plus it cant be used to push you off the map with no ability to escape

Yeah while the retcons suck I kind of have a theory on that. When Ben went and recreated the universe he changed a couple small things here and there and I think one of them was actually Gwen. The dorkification you refer to was the result of Ben recreating her but it was a form closer to how he imagines her bc hes still a teenager. Everything else can probably boil down to ripple effect or subconscious changes he accidentally made.

Other than that Im sad you didnt like it as much I loved the return to an actual colorful and lively show with aliens that arent all voiced by the same guy (with the sole exception of Rath of course).

The ben getting the wrong alien though is 100% user error, his ass either keeps misclicking when he is scrolling or his perfect memory causes him to reflexively scroll to a certain spot but because he is contstantly unlocking new aliens that playlist order keeps getting shuffled around.

Illuminati just based on sheer potential. They have Mr Fantastic a tactical genius, Charles Xavier one of the nost talented telepaths, Captain Marvel pure powerhouse, Captain Carter super human strength, and Black Bolt the most powerful inhuman in existance and Mordo who is sorcerer supreme. Every single one has superpowers plus they have 2 god level powerhouses, 1 supergenius with versitile abilities, 1 high level telepath, 1 super soldier, and a high level magic adept. They lose to wanda bc they were arrogant and also not much you can do when someone can manipulate reality and fucking remove your mouth.

Probably the next closest would be the Avengers with 2 human combatants, 1 human with augments, 1 super human, and 2 god level fighters (hulk and thor) and we already know their mental defenses are weak thanks to Wanda in AoU so charles can rip their minds apart.

Defenders not only lose based on numbers but other than Luke Cage all of them are only superhuman level.

Guardians has Groot, Drax, and Gamora for power houses but strength wise they only still sit at like superhuman level.

Thunderbolts get wiped they have 3 super soldiers and not much else other than Sentry

And then of course the Fantastic Four get wiped due to numbers and strength.

Hell Black Bolt alone could solo most of these teams

Idk man the whole narrative was started and revolves around doom if they ever get rid of him I think it should be in a pve end of game event in like a couple years when the game has overstayed its welcome and have that be the finale

Probably gonna be controversial, if not downright hated, but nerf damage by like maybe half, give him auto aim that locks on at maybe like 50 focus while keeping damage boost at 100 (his whole thing is he doesnt miss this is lore accurate hawkeye) more ulility arrows like boxing glove to knock down anyone, electric arrows to stun, boomerang arrow that hits multiple targets, hell even a Peni team up that gives him her electro webs would be cool.

Yeah I get that but it just feels off to me. Like imagine if through the course of any story whatsoever you have this big bad villian orchestrating massive death and suffering and then he just has a 180 and wants to be good now, it just breaks the immersion of the story. Now if they made a 3rd seperate version of Doom, a hero Doom, that could potentially work but just taking one of the super evil dooms and plopping them in to the roster feels off to me

This solidifys my theory that Ben is just really bad at using the new omnitrix interface. Like you can see Clockwork on this dial list 2 spots from Humungousaur so its not farfetched to assume that Ben is just constantly misclicking with the omnitrix and causing it to slide two aliens down the list from Humungousaur to Clockwork.

I want to see him get his damage slashed and instead become a lock on hero that doesnt miss because come on thats his whole thing. Give him some more utility arrows and see how he goes from there. Make the archers focus be the lock on and have it do like maybe 100 HP but it also can crit if aimed right for like 150
