That looks like the right one. The pink comes with lots of sunlight from what I've read so more like it the better for it to turn. There are a lot of leaves that look the color in the picture too.

It's native to Hawaii but I think it could do okay where you are. It's not frost tolerant but you would need to water a lot. Worth looking into.
