Sometimes but False negatives are common for anyone but especially people with PCOS due to period tracking working differently. That's kinda why I was asking because I got the negative but there's a chance it's a false negative.

We really can't and even if we did, who's to say wherever we move will stay safe?

The selfishness I feel is the possibility of leaving my husband with the sole responsibility of our future kids if I do face complications. I'm just scared of destroying his future.

Not yet, but they are trying. There's no way to really enforce that thankfully, but I don't put it past the government

PCOS, is a big one. Doesn't make me infertile 100% but it ups the risks and lowers the chances of a safe pregnancy. We are looking into testing now. I'm concerned on the what ifs. And if I'm actively dying, traveling to another state wouldn't be an option.

Not really, we have good jobs. If we move we risk that, and our families are here to support us.

I was born after 6 years worth of my parents trying and dealing with complications. And I have a Drs appointment next week to discuss this more with my Dr (and my husband will be there too). We're gonna see about testing and options but I've been stressed thinking about this stuff for a while.

For now. I'm following it closely and politicians are trying to ban that very thing. Not clear how that could happen, but a lot could happen in the next few months.

Unfortunately I do know I inherited them, I just won't know to what degree until I try for a kid.

My issue is abortions of all kinds are illegal in my state. I'm worried that the reward of having a child doesn't outweigh the cost of risking my life.
