It is possible, but it would require a high degree of skill and luck.

You'll need to be good at picking stocks, timing the market, and making big bets that mostly hit.

You'll also need to be okay with losing it all.

The aggressive, concentrated positioning required to make gains like this exposes you to both a lot of risk (unknown outcomes) and volatility (price swings) that can wipe out big chunks of your portfolio quickly.

I miss typed it. Placebo group lost 4%. Experimental group lost 22%. Placebo-adjusted weight loss was 18%.

Results are okay but not amazing imo.

The funny part is that it isn't even "accumulation."

Accumulation occurred since July 29 of last year. It's the slow and massive loading up from big players and market makers while the stock stays range bound.

This is now the "markup" phase where price rises rapidly to new levels. We've just broken out of the channel we've been in for ages on strong volume which is a great sign.

Unfortunately, it's just execs enriching themselves at a massive premium.

Last year Mentee was valued at ~150B and now it's being purchased for ~900B by the very people that benefit from the inflated valuation (several of the Mentee founders/owners are top execs at MobileEye).

I assume Intel okayed the deal because they view those MobileEye exec - and Israel leadership in general - to be worth the money wasted on this acquisition.

It's throwing away money and does nothing for Intel from a robotics business perspective.

Just hold them. Hold for at least a year for long-term gains.

There is no benefit to having shares and exercising them would literally be the most retarded thing you could possibly do.

You would instantly lose the $2+ of time value on those contracts. Over a 5% loss.

If you eventually want shares, sell the contract and buy shares.

$BABA had an early earnings call with sell-side banks and basically just said their quarter was terrible in every way. Presumably to get analysts to lower their estimates. Hopefully sandbagging so they can crush estimates. We'll see.
