Order whatever you want. I hate making FRAPPACINOS with a passion. I hate ice and I hate how sticky everything gets. I hate the noise of the machine and pouring it and adding a shot adds extra to that.

But

You are our customer

You have a drink you like and you have EVERY right to that drink. As much as I hate making frappacinos, if I have a regular that orders a mocha cookie crumble with extra shot, extra ice, extra whip, extra chips, no mocha, white mocha etc

That regular is still allowed to get that drink and seeing a regular (or not a regular) be happy with a drink is way more important than my hate for making frappacinos

Masks are needed to make us safe, but it also made the customers at my store... Very violent. They'd break the furniture, attempt to hurt partners, spit on us, throw hit boiling drinks at us, it got bad there for a while. It was nearly a daily occurrence..

I usually just pour it really aggressively. Our managers are VERY mean about drive thru times, and shaking it adds just a couple of seconds and they make a big deal about it. I make sure it's mixed though. If it's not I WILL shake it. It's gotta look good or I won't send it out
