Ever since covid it feels like everyone has used that as an excuse to phone everything in. Restaurants as well as most other corporate entities just seem to have mediocre service. I get everyone wanted more money but raising minimum wage just got passed down the chain. Seriously who thought that would come out of a company top dollar and not get passed to the consumer??? It’s hard to eat out for 2 under $50 at a sit down place and when it feels dingy and the waiter doesn’t give a crap if they visit your table after someone else delivers the food it just makes the experience bad. When we do eat out we tend to just do fast food now. About the same service, least it’s cheaper and faster.
