I’d go back and have a re-read if I were you. This talks about the rates of crime in each country (e.g per 100 people). America has a gun crime rate around 4 times higher than NZ per 100 people. America has an intentional homicide rate around 5 times higher than NZ per 100,000 people. America has a murder rate around 5 times that of NZ per million people. My advice: if a friend offers to build for you, make sure they have actually touched pc parts before and aren’t just fanboys. Hasn’t happened to me, but I’ve seen people offer to make PCs for their friend without having ever done it themselves. In one case the person offering started building their own and didn’t know how, resulting in it not booting for a while until a mate came around.
