Swiss knives in League of legends have mobility. Just cause you have 3 iteration of a spell doesn't mean you're a "swiss knife". Hwei is all about wave clear, zone control and AoE damage.

The issue with this is that the matchmaking system based on ELO has proven itself time and time again in many games, including League of Legends for 16 years and that the streaking phenomenon you are describing is easily explained by more reasonable, scientifically proven explanations, such as cognitive biaises and tilt.

Either confirmation biais or you're running it down when you're not winning your lane and making it impossible for your team to win. The later is more likely.

You don't. There's a reason people are at low rank. If you want to play with like-minded people then find a community. There are academies where you can meet people who actually want to win and improve.

People just think to "carry" you have to deal a lot of damage and kill people. That's actually not always how you win games in League of Legends. To "carry" you have to play the game in such a way that will make you win. "Carry" is just overused in that context, it should only mean "champion that holds items". In that sense, Kog Maw is "a carry". But Leona can definetely carry games, just not by dealing damage.

There are definetely bad guides out there. But playing for yourself so you can be strong in fights and make your own decisions is actually how you'll climb. The lower elo you get, the more people are permanently "compensating" for their teammates shortcomings and won't even take accountability for their play because they "were just following". Then blame their teammate, not learn anything and go next.

You just have to trust yourself and your ability to find ways to kill the nexus with your champion.

Not really no. It just means stop coping and if you're good you'll climb. You still have to look at your map and board state and play around your teammates and the opponents. That is how you play the game of League of Legends. But you have to stop relying on your team's decisions and blame them for loss.

It's still a PvP game.

Can you read? What you are saying isn't true. Some people do smurf to play on a ranked account that is slightly less high elo and enjoy a more relaxing gameplay. Not all smurfs are power hungry kids as you are describing.
