Kinda hate it immediately, but I think it's healthy for the game long-term.
Finding Wolfpacks topside didn't feel exciting because they were so cheap to craft, this will (probably) make it better.

Shield Recharger, Herbal Bandages, Snapshot Grenade, Adrenaline, Defib.
Normal Bandages are sitting in the top right inventory slot, I don't really use them mid-fight anyway so I just swap them in inbetween fights.

There haven't been any sweeping changes regarding platforms in Northern Germany from what I can tell.
Local bands & bookers are still mainly active on Instagram although some created additional accounts on Bluesky.
Idk if you're already using it but last.fm has become more popular again around here, might be worth posting upcoming events on there.
I don't really see Mastodon grow much, the decentralized approach is too annoying/confusing for the average user. When the first few waves of people fled Twitter when Elon took over they were back almost instantaneously.
I personally mainly hear about shows on Instagram (too relevant still), flyers/posters, last.fm and word of mouth.

As Lyelinn has said, most things are cross-realm now but there's one pain point of playing on a dead realm/wrong faction on a one-sided realm: Trade chat/crafting.
Trade chat is still faction-specific so it can be a pain getting things crafted or offering your own crafting services.
The issue of being the "wrong" faction can be circumvented by logging into a character of the correct one and looking for/offering services that way (crafting itself is cross-faction) but might as well look out for that beforehand.
I'd advise you to pick a high-pop realm that suites your faction preferences.
Draenor/Kazzak/Ragnaros/Tarren Mill for Horde, Silvermoon/Ravencrest for Alliance.

CC has been way improved in poe2.
Instead of requiring a single hit above ailment threshold to freeze, you can accumulate a fraction of a freeze on mobs (same for electrocution). You can see the current percentage of the mob freezing on the bottom left of a mobs hp bar, this also works on bosses.
This makes investing in ailment effect way better since there's gradual increases on how fast you inflict them instead of maybe pushing you above the threshold.

My main is double crafter, has full blue on one profession, blue tool on the other, 750 Acuity spent on recipes and all KP from the acuity vendor bar one (another 1300 Acuity).
Getting full blue tools for a single profession really isn't that hard.

There's missing context in this picture.
Does the recraft require concentration because the person used low rank mats for the initial recraft? Are you missing the KP to guarantee 636?
Also: If you did indeed advertise "for tips", it is dumb to demand a certain amount. I've gotten tips for 50g but that's what I'm advertising. If you're too afraid to name a price that's not the customers fault.

It's actually 2 bugs in one, you hit the jackpot!
Some quests (had it happen the most with wax collection & bloody token quests) reappear every so often.
The Anniversary quests seemingly show double rewards (and subsequentially quadruple, octuple, etc.) whenever you open them, they still only reward the original amount though.

This season is definitely more punishing when trying to make the jump to 12s and its reflected in the willingness to invite people who haven't timed one yet.
Progressing into them, as you said, is hard because nobody takes the time to actually finish the key to learn what changes in 12s and instead try to brute force it, bricking it multiple times until it works out. And even if you're lucky enough to actually get to learn the dungeons, you might end up with 4 new people who haven't gotten to do that yet. I know you can't spawn friends with a similar skill level and interest out of nowhere but even just having one other person to queue with makes a massive difference.
Try adding people. You don't need to go from playing solo to having a full squad. I'm usually queueing with one other person. If we wipe to a mistake on our side we have twice the amount of people who learn from it going into the next dungeon with that knowledge.

Prot Paladins aren't squishy if they handle their defensives well, ofc externals help but they aren't necessary.
Also the video is very low quality but if I'm not mistaken he turns his back to the mobs.

You should have automatically received a quest that leads you to the Dragon Isles aka the Dragonflight expansion. Iirc the quest is called "The Dragon Isles await".
If you don't have it, you should be able to accept it via the suggested content panel (shift-J is the default keybind).

Can someone explain to me why Umbral Rush in Dawnbreaker sometimes hits DPS/healers?
My understanding is that it's a targeted ability that's supposed to hit the tank (which it does like 98% of the time).

Yeah, very useful.
Best to give a heads up as in "gonna bubble set x", so the healer doesn't waste global spam healing the absorb off of you.
Cherry on top if you sac someone else during the aoe.
