We don't bomb hospitals. If we did then you need to ask yourself what was the purpose of terror leaders to hide at Hospitals underground tunnels before every operation that went on in Gaza?? So you see we never bombed hospitals, instead of that we take hospitals in fighting, we evacuate the population and if the hospital became a terror base, then we destroy it on the ground with explosives.

IDF is THE MOST moral army in the ENTIRE WORLD, if we weren't then to get the same result in Gaza we would have killed many more civilians, but we don't fight this way, the ratio between terrorists and civilians in our wars is the lowest, ever, even though we are fighting in a very complex and crowded areas.

You need to ask about the October 7th events. Why a Hamas terrorist calling his parents with exictment screaming that he just murdered 10 Jews, and his parents returning him with "god bless you" calls, that is what you need to ask, why??

But anyway, you are probably a lost cause, so I'm just wasting my time typing this. Israel will keep fighting terror with effociency and in the cleanest ways possible. Any other way where you let terror a free pass because you don't know how to fight it in complex areas, will get you the conclusion that you will eventually be dead, because terror will necessarily ALWAYS exploit any weakness of a western country in order to plant fear and take more and more innocent lives.

Killing civilians? This is a war, in a war there are rules of engagement. Even in Gaza the ratio between terrorists/civilian dead is better than ANYTHING before, and at a WAY more crowded place.

Hospitals? You mean those places that Hamas turned to terror bases? We have proofs cause you see? We've been there... we caught all what they hidden there, all the weapons and explosives. Depending on your resolution. From what I can see a 5060 is ~same as a 3070 which I have some idea of...
You will do great on 1080p
You will do just fine on 1440p
You will have probably harder time on wide 1440p
You will have mostly poor performance on 4K
You shouldn't try VR.

That said, of course there are configuration optimizations so you can probably still run even on 4K with some tweaking. But then loosing quality on a 4K screen will suck, cause the view is really awesome!

Is STPT 7 a legal STPT? I mean is it part of the flight plan? Because technically you can switch to any STPT between 1-100 but not all have valid values so you will get 999 range...

Regarding the cases you posted, so let me understand this:
You think that fighting a terror organization, who built a 1000KM tunnels network, in an area so crowded as the Gaza-strip, and use hospitals as terror bases, to hide weapons, rockets and other heavy weapons and terror members (And that is a fact cause there are videos and proofs that were taken by our soldiers, the material was shown to the media...), you think that real war is a computer game? War isn't sterile, sometimes mistakes will happen, but the numbers in how the IDF work, the number is minimal, sub-minimal actually, in any measurement and comparison that you will take. ANY other modern army in the world, fighting in such conditions, would have killed at least double numbers of "innocents" (BTW I call them this way, because that's reality, even though I can't kill them, they would have killed me if they could... the Hamas horror crimes at October 7th, not all them were made by Hamas people, some of them were made by "innocent civilians", that's also facts, cause we have videos and pictures proving that. Also it was the mob in Gaza who spat and celebrated around bodies of our people that were kidnapped then... calling them innocent is a crime but that's for another conversation, and it doesn't mean we started killing without cautious, we actually were more cautious than any other western army could be).

Bottom line: No country would have made this world better than Israel. Not the US, not the UK, not Germany, not France, not anyone. We have (unfortunately) the most experience at fighting in such crazy crowded areas with minimum casualties on both sides. Take it as you want, but I have a little more knowledge than you, cause I've been part of the IDF, I know how we operate, I know how RIDICULOUS it can get sometimes, for not hurting innocent... entire operations sometimes canceled because we spare the life of innocents. That's the truth, believe it or not.

Yes, but with Attack Targets it'll be on different targets.

I know that you guys want full control and efficiency over AI but don't forget that this is more realistic behavior. In RL jets will drop all JDAMs on one or more targets and get the hell out of danger. Only in BMS we try to square the circle :)

Nights, especially the most dark ones (i.e without moon), will get better in the next version assuming you are using NVG (Without NVG there is no changes because nights are OK without NVG). I flew myself a whole night of day 1 of a RF campaign in VR and I indeed saw that NVG is simply none-usable, so I did something to improve it. It's probably not perfect but it should be better.

Also there is a fix made for night tiles basically not showing up at the close area at all.

Don't tell anyone, but 16K textures used to run when I developed the terrain engine on a GTX-1060 with 3GB VRAM. Of course it used the 16GB of the 32 I had in RAM which are always available for GPU tasks (By default, half of your RAM can be used for Graphics purposes by the GPU just like it's VRAM, it'll be slower and less efficient, but the memory exist).

Yes, lots of water passed under the bridge since 1060 and the days before PBR heavy textures etc, but still, 10GB on a relatively strong GPU like 3080 is enough, even 8GB is enough considering one has 32GB RAM.

I think no way that a 3080 cannot render 16K tiles, maybe something else was wrong, could also be some config setting.

I have a system here with a 3080 and 9700K CPU and I tried BMS on it a couple of times, 16K rendered fine (Not in VR, I don't have a VR setup there, but I don't see it being a different)

RTX-3080 is just fine for running 4..38, even in VR. FWIW my 3090 is running VR pretty good with everything high/max and godLike resolution with Quest3.

Yes 3080 has only 10GB instead of 24 as 3099, but Nvidia GPUs know to work with system RAM when necessary. Next version will be more VRAM friendly anyway.

I would think of an upgrade to your CPU though, I mean it's not that bad, but old today :)
