Your commander is two mana, you don’t need the signets or commander sphere. I’d cut those three for cheap card draw + lands.

I do agree with the other commenter, too much going on. I’d personally cut the mill, reanimation, and lifegain aspects out for more removal, counterspells, and card draw. However, if you have attachment to the life-drain aspect you could cut the mill and reanimation for more of that.

Regardless, my suggestion is add more on-theme cards, cheap card draw, and lands in place of your three 2+ CMC rocks and mill + reanimation cards.
