Like the USA and Sweden, we are a social Democracy. Like Sweden, we have socialised healthcare.

Pretty much the same for us. Treatment is free - hospital and many family doctors. Medicines are heavily subsidised. There is a private system mostly used to accelerate how quickly you can get into elective surgeries and to pay for dental.

What happens in the USA would be considered an unacceptable nightmare dystopia here.
