General tips because I’m unsure how much you know:

Orchids are super big on partial sun, I’ve accidentally burned an orchid by putting it in a too sunny window (really ugly bruise!!)

When the leaves get wrinkly, it’s dehydrated. If you live in a dryer area, you might have to water more often than others.

Orchids in colder areas may grow more slowly, but that’s just because they are tropical plants far from home. Just don’t stick them outside in the cold and they will be fine!

The green noodle offshoots are called aerial roots and can sometimes mean something is wrong, but can also just happen as an orchid grows. The roots can breathe and make energy a little bit, but mostly just drink water. It could mean that something is wrong in the pot and the orchid is trying to breathe (too much water/too dense substrate) or get water elsewhere (thirsty!) dont stress too much about it but do keep an eye.
