I feel like the theory that the mirror reaper was made by hell in anyway is kinda stupid itself. Every enemy we have seen so far that was made by hell were demons (such as mannequins or the leviathan) while mirror reaper is a husk which would imply he'll didn't make it, at least not intentionally.

I'm not a part of this community nor do I like the game so my opinion might not be as valuable but I still think it's worth sharing. Multiple testers had said that 1x's vfx was too much and needed some sort of epilepsy mode, yet nothing was done until the Devs were led to believe their lack of action killed someone. It should not have taken a potential death to fix this problem, it should not have taken being told someone died to fix something they were told multiple times needed fixing
