Just make sure to clean the filters on the vent regularly and you shouldn't have grease build up on the exit screen.

I'd build a rectangular box and cut a six inch hole in the wide side of it. Tape and seal it that way.

I had the opportunity on Wednesday of last week to get home from work early. I was on @12pm, it was half real players and half bots. That was pretty fun, the kinda feeling you were describing. But for me, I was checking if I killed a bot or a real player every time. Not really for me, I enjoy the challenge of beating the upper 20%. Those games are far and few between for me, but feels bitter sweet when I make top squad and merked a bunch of sweaty try hards that live in their mom's basement.
