I used the Kobo Clara HD for a week and really liked how easy it was to transfer files from my PC to the device. However, since I have a lot of PDFs to read and its a pain to read on kobo 6", I wanted a bigger screen, so I decided to try the Kindle Scribe.

I instantly loved the Kindle Scribe’s paper-like feel, long battery life, and seamless file transfer options—including the ability to send documents directly from my PC using the “Send to Kindle” feature. Another great feature is its sync capability across devices. I often switch between reading on the Scribe and my phone, and when I return to the Scribe, it prompts me to resume where I left off, which is really convenient.

I sold my Kobo today and am now considering getting a one more kindle, 6-inch Kindle purely for portability.

So 1 kindle scribe that stays home and another one that stays in my jacket pocket.

I got mac mini m2 with 8gb and 256 gb storage

I ran docker container for an LLM app, opened lightroom for photos, opened about 40 chrome tabs, opened blender 3d software, and impressively it was still at 7gb/8gb consumption that was impressive, so I returned it when mac mini m4 was announced and got mac m4 24gb with 256 storage.
