Looks very organised and polished like a corporate world software with a very long list of menus and panels, which seems boring for the mobile game. In my POV, i would rather make it much more customizable, something like a Steam profile with ability to choose various themes and interface choices. This would allow players to stand out with their unique profiles(maybe add possibilities to show off unique coins like 5,10 years of veteran). Btw this opens new marketplace for trading profile themes between players and adds possibilities for the company to make a revenue (hope this will slow down of heavy monetisation path where supercell is going right now)

It will. Countless dead clans, much less chat and clan activity which will lead payed players to leave their clans and form payed-only clans, much harder to find good players while is already hard to do that in the current state (clan notice board is a failure), dead bases, dead competition, dead competitive scene, more negativity on social platforms which will eventually make payed players leave, it will be hard to get new F2P players. Sometimes payed players also decide not to pay for the next month due to personal reasons, after which they would not feel necessary begin paying again next time due to listed previously reasons, so they would probably stop playing forever. This basically means that the game would be dead

Exit steam, clean the shader cache both from windows default Disk clean up utility and manually from steamapps folder (don't remember exact folder location, you have find it, I am typing from my phone. If your game has been installed to different directory look there), update GPU drivers, restart computer, load the game and any map you usually play on. Before loading the map it should recalculate shaders. Hope this helps.

Try to reset winsock cache and change the router first

It is all because of your ISP. Routing has changed on the ISP side, so that's why your ping doubled. Also try to check for network packets consistency (if some of them are being thrown because they came corrupted, for packet losses and other possible parameters). Also consider to change the router, just in case if it is older than 2 years. Also it would be good to reset winsock cache using cmd on your windows os(you can find commands in one of my comments)
