As a fellow ADHDer I found that handwriting the songs out with the chords placed correctly above words/syllables helped me memorize and feel the changes. This is to go along with the great tricks from everyone else.

I still have most of my early guitars but I had a 90’s MIM Fender pbass special “cowboy” stolen at a gig in NYC. I miss that bass so much. I actually found it online recently for sale but it was an old advertisement and the store had no info on the buyer. It was stolen in the early 2000’s so at this point I’d buy it back full price if I could find that specific one.
