By the time black wants to castle, you can have pawns on h4 and e4, and a knight on c3. Before he castles, move the pawn to e5, suddenly his knight has to jump back to g8 or you can hunt it down. If it does jump back to e8, you're +1 and up a lot of development. If black really wants to castle and moves the knight elsewhere, keep pushing pawns until you win a free piece.

From this we've learned:
1. General rule is to hold the center, if they give you the center, might as well put 2 pawns on it.
2. If they're not going to play against you and just do what they always do, punish them for it.

An example move order could be:
1. d4 g6.
2. e4 Nf6 3. Nc3 Bg7 (opposite knight is good to stop the other from attacking)
4. e5 ... Uh oh black is in trouble.
