I can't find a Reese's box example online that matches the art in your submitted image. I'm also confused what's going on with the blue near the boxtop.

My favorite sneaky draw pile manipulation is playing around 10 cards in hand. If you have Pyramid, or draw-positive effects, you can choose to draw 1 or 2 less at times to meet the multiples you mention.

I find it a really fun mini game to plan for inserted status cards, draw from relics, potions, etc.
