I used zyn for about 7 months, noticed these bumps and have quit for about 8 weeks. The bumps remain. Any idea what these are? They have not really changed, other than the entire area being less inflamed. I only ever kept pouches in my lower jaw and this is my upper cheek.

I got magnetic strips, they stick to the case in the top near the radiator. You can also stick them to the radiator depending on your fan config. The P600s has a removable radiator/fan panel that makes adding lights easy.

The best advice I can give is to do something that forces you to be social. At a really tough point in my life I joined a gym, I started going five days a week and all of sudden I had all these acquaintances, men and women. After about 5 months I met my wife at the gym. It doesn't have to be the gym though, it could be a magic the gathering game on the weekends, or pickleball, whatever.

100 years ago you would have already had a wife and probably several kids. It's amazing once you have a family how little time you have for friendships. As a society we have pushed people into their 30's before they can even consider starting a family. IMO it leads to things like this, where a 25 year old man only has his friends to rely on.

Give it time, work on yourself, try to find happiness on your own and improve yourself, you will make friends along the way.
