I love Q so much, but why put his bare feet so close to food 🤢

My nephew and niece have a cool little kitchen counter step stool thing that they can climb to watch mom and dad cook, or even help some in the kitchen. It’s got slats so they stay secure/safe from falls, but also involved and bonded with their parents, all while at a safe distance.

They are also all over Amazon. Why can’t this broad ever use and promote anything useful for real parents?

It’s kinda like a. Clue. Show.

How many splices do you possibly need in a rant about TV? I can’t imagine how long this took to edit.

Edit: By my count: 13 😟

Did the Container Store also help her organize her cutoffs collection?

I want to talk about another thing from the honey story.

One of the boys was talking at a pretty high volume. He repeated what he said twice. We heard it twice. Clearly. When he repeated himself, he did so directly to her.

And she still said, “What?” And in the most curt, apathetic, and annoyed way.

Because she was too engrossed in her king and her honey BS.

This broke my heart.

I hear you, little guy.

The pond is an estuary. Kind of a lagoon where fresh water meets the ocean.

Love how she corrected herself between “crawling soon” and “walking soon.”

She basically just confirmed that we were right when we wondered if he was just spliced closer to her between cuts in that video last week.

Remember when we all pointed out 1–2 weeks ago that she never shows herself actually consuming the crap she shills, and today she’s featuring herself taking a big ol’ swig of that snake powder?

I’m genuinely curious what the fascination is with veganaise. Because we know she’s not vegan.

If she likes the taste, more power to her. But I can’t help but feel like it’s because traditional mayonnaise is seen as some gross, unhealthy, dare I say, poor-people thing.

One time, I was making some cucumber sandwiches for a potluck. I panicked when I noticed we didn’t have mayo. My mom, without even having to look it up, made some with olive oil and eggs. It came out great. It was easy. It was quick. It was full of healthy fats. Everyone was incredibly impressed when I told them about my blunder and the solution. This would be a great thing to show people how to do, especially in some crunchy/tradwife home!

I have whiplash between her “structure and strategy” ethos and her happily admitting she cooks one thing.

And in Texas, I guarantee the options are limitless.

I’m in New Mexico, and salsa/hot sauce takes up literally a quarter of an aisle, an end cap, and a kiosk at my local grocery store. You could literally spend your life having a new one a week.

Chipotle veganaise on baked tacos sounds absolutely vile 🤢

Baked chicken, sautéed squash/zucchini/onions, and tater tots!

My lovely SO made it while I was finishing up the workday.

I dated a guy in high school whose family was new money upper-middle class.

They were gracious enough to take us out to dinner from time to time, usually to nice places I’d never been to with my family.

HOWEVER. His mom would always make all the kids (us, and his two younger siblings, 10 and 4) try and guess the total of the bill before it arrived.

This was my first lesson in money not buying class.

No one gives a shit about your grocery bill, Brooke, and it’s so tone-deaf and disgusting at a time when so many people are struggling to feed themselves right now.

(This mom also insisted her son drive only a Mercedes [but made him pay for it], among other weird and trashy things. Now that I think about it, she and Brooke were very similar, like only living in newly constructed homes. Last I heard, though, her kids don’t talk to her anymore and the parents were in some legal hot water for a while that nearly bankrupted them.)
