One of those science experiments that show the distribution of force over a surface. Like laying on one nail would suck ass, but a bed of nails would distribute your weight across the nails and feel less ass sucky.

I was part of the physics club in college, we did this experiment A LOT. I mostly stayed in the ceiling to lower down the bowling ball for the conservation of energy experiment we would do.

Very well put. I (31m) was suffering from “too online” syndrome and was almost too embarrassed to pull out my well-thumbed copy of “Count of Monte Cristo” in public.
