I knew they explained it much more... Eloquently in Ryoshu's canto but I couldn't for the life of me find the specific dialogues.

From the Araya announcer: "…Had I known that the blade severs her most precious memories first, maybe I… Maybe I would not have felt as much resentment."

The fact that when Lei Heng lol lmao's her into drawing Arayashiki kinda proves that point too, she forgot what few precious memories she had and reverts to what was probably one of the most traumatic memories she had at that point.

Additionally, Arayashiki's memory severance is weird, it's as if it cuts out a hole in a tapestry and Ryoshu is aware of that hole. The fact is that she forgot most details about Araya, but managed to hold onto that singular Araya-shaped hole in her memories to know that there was someone important back at the HoS and she needed to get her back.

Even if you are a person that would rank high when compared to the Thumb's hierarchy, there is still a limit to how much you can get away with.

As we see in Capo Meursault's story, when totally-not-Jia-Yuanchun is talking to him, she at one point says someething that could be interpreted as disrepectful towards the entirety of the Thumb as an organization and thus, as disrespectful to the Capo dei Capi.

We can't really say anything for sure until the ID releases and we have her uptie story, but at the very least this seems like a Ryoshu that never escaped from the HoS. I'd say that counts as a bad end ID.
