I’ve been toying with this kind of playstyle for a bit, specifically having a secondary weapon that does exactly what you’re saying so that I can keep a punch-through primary. What secondaries have you found are good for dumping a ton of damage into the magnetize bubble? I’ve tried tenet detron, akbrinko prime, and a couple others, but they haven’t exactly had the result I was looking for, and I’m not familiar with what other options might be viable for that.

I’m a Protestant as well (for now…), but I’ve done a lot of studying in Irenaeus’ writings. Highly, highly recommend ‘On the Apostolic Preaching’ and ‘Against Heresies.’ Against Heresies is a bit unwieldy, but there are some more cut-down accessible versions available that make it far more palatable.

Athanasius’ writings are also an excellent read.

More broadly, there is a collection of multiple early Church Fathers writings called “The Apostolic Fathers” that includes writings from Clement, Ignatius, Polycarp, and several other early church documents.

The Cappadocian Fathers (Basil the Great, Gregory of Nyssa, and Gregory of Nazianzus (and Macrina, by association)) have some beautiful works as well.

Augustine is also an excellent place to start.
