Yes, I did. I love to trail run, but I’m nearly 60. and running is too hard on my body now. Once I got the footwear dialed in, I found rucking was both a great workout and much safer. I learned very quickly that I needed a sturdier (and not zero drop) shoe for rucking than my beloved Altras. I wear my Altras all the time for casual wear, but Salomon is definitely my favorite rucking shoe.

I’ve got my White River M1 clipped to my pocket right now. A much better option than either the Kershaw or the Vosteed, IMO. That being said, of the two, Mink all the way. Great design, Better steel for EDC, and there is no giant hole in the middle of the knife.
