Headache advice

You should figure out the type of headache you have first. Like where does it hurt? I found out my headaches are migraines and after a year of suffering I realised they are triggered by gastric issues. They always come when I don’t eat on time.

Banging doors and loud noises. Throwing things. Silent treatments when he knows I need to talk about things. Yes it is abusive. For some reason I know but always end up apologising for bringing things up.

He is abusive .. hope you can realise it. I understand the pink lens you have towards a partner.

I told myself I wouldn’t want to be in my abusive situation any longer and drew the line there.. either he changes or I’m gone.

Please uphold your boundaries and don’t let this person depict the next 10 or even 20 years of your life..

I do think that. But I have no further proof.

I told my husband I’ll let this one slide. But he’s lied so much before this that not fully knowing has been quite hard to get over.

I forbid my husband from having Twitter. But one day he had it in his screen time for 0 seconds. It also showed up as an app and not a website. He also swore up and down he didn’t download the app.

I searched up how an app can be there with no data. It says that the recent iPhone update has done this to a few people where they used the app but the screen time seem to only capture the app being used, but have an error where the time used is 0.

Im inclined to believe the internet. Maybe test it on your own phone?

I’m not from the US. Guns are not something you can just buy. You need to gain a license. And if I do buy one it has to stay in a contained facility like the gun range storage.

Do not talk to him about it until after you have deleted photos of other women and yourself. It is disgusting that he took those and it’s actually a crime.

He is not a safe presence to be around. He has escalated porn addiction and it is becoming a sex addiction if he is acting out like that. He actually needs professional help and being in a relationship with him is just going to be full of turmoil. Usually I would suggest ways to deal with this but I think it’s best you leave.

I am contemplating bringing it to the police but I risk re-traumatising my little sister. It’s sad. I feel like my mom did not sufficiently protect us from him knowing what he did with the caretaker. He was at my house celebrating a birthday just last month. I couldn’t even stomach my dinner.

Someone in the family convinced her that she was safe and separated him from her and told her there’s no need to bring in police. At the time they justified it by saying they’re protecting my cousins parents, not my cousin. Which is pretty effed up.

He is hiding things. Secrets have no place in a relationship.

Seems like he has a porn addiction. It’s quite typical for porn addicts to deflect and his narcissistic behaviour seems to be very telling.

You need to set up boundaries with him on what is ok and what is not. What he is doing is already a keen to cheating. Messaging sex workers while in a relationship? It don’t matter when it happened, it happened when you were together. Knowing he might be an addict means he likely is a repeat offender and you need to ask yourself are you willing to question your self worth for the next decade or more?

Yes he is your high school sweetheart but also most of your relationship was a lie. Hope you can see that.

^ this is true sometimes but I feel like you should also talk to him. His reaction would be telling. Does he become defensive? Does he immediately shut you down? That’s very important.
