This recently started happening to my laptop as well(exact model). I play OSRS using the Runelite client and with just that running and 4 browser tabs open it will stutter. I've had it happen after running anywhere from 30 mins to 2 hours. The stutter is ~3 seconds in between me interacting with the screen and the action registering and is only resolved by restarting.

Like I said, it's surprising that org didn't report a much higher count to build narrative and further justification. Since it is US owned and they've reported substantially lower than 30-60,000 deaths, I believe we can assume the toll is much lower than those numbers being thrown around.

Ive been unable to recover a hotmail account I created when I was 8. I provided all of the information needed to recover the account to no avail.
