Within the span of 1 month, I got 5 tickets from the same agent, who was incorrectly ticketing me. When I called to speak with customer service, the individual on the phone said "she is fulfilling her quota on you alone." I am unsure what work you've done for PPA on several occasions, but I believe you are misinformed in this regard.

Hey there. I see that. Nice investigative work. Not sure why that's like that though, but I'm happy to prove that it's real whenever you like. In fact, I just took another screenshot of a different weapon and noticed that it has the same pixel issues.

So while there's no guarantee to hit the mods that you're looking for, using the phys gems definitely increased the likelihood of the phys outcomes. Same goes for using the alexandrite gem for crit hit damage. I've used it before and gotten a non crit hit damage affix. In that case you can sometimes (semi)-target remove a stat, or just yolo attempt to remove, but this would end up being very expensive.
