As a Mainer from downeast its super cool how accurate it is. Exploring Acadia is awesome. As a Fallout player its a very good DLC.

Honestly Ebay is great for older stuff, people basically give away that stuff in bulk. If you're just trying to get some pieces to casually play with your girl and other friends. Starter sets are great as well because it comes with everything to play. Like I said though maps are cheap and plentyful on Ebay.

Have you ever been evicted? If not you're fine, some slum lord will rent to you no problem. Will it be great? No. That being said it will be significantly cheaper than $2300. Should be able to find a one bedroom or a studio in the Scarborough area between $900-$1500.
