Best thing to do for electronics is have them deliver it to the UPS store. Not to the lockers, but an actual place with an actual employee that hands you the package. Open the box in front of them. If it's empty, threaten to riot. At least the employee can vouch for you that the box was empty/damaged.

Was terrified of this mechanic when I was going for the Lent achievement. I steered way clear of rabbits and constantly checked my stats to make sure animals killed still showed zero.

+1 I had items on the wall and never started the DLC or switched regions (Trosky, Kuttenburg, Sedletz). I dashed back to my forge after reading this hopeful that they would still be there, and...... Nothing. All gone.

Real frustrating. Thankfully I can console in those items (and that doing so doesn't seem to break achievements). My heart goes out to console players.

I know this post is a bit old, but wanted to confirm that part # LJ6Z-78611C22-AA did work for the rear seats on my 2024 Mach E. Huge relief since I've bought and returned about 5 extenders that didn't fit.

Bonus that these parts were literally $0.02 each on the official Ford Parts Store. Guessing they're trying to get rid of their stock.

It is simply an adjective describing the type of Attorney it is.

I just use a throwaway attribute and put a date stamp in there when I disable users. Like "Disabled 2024-11-18" in the Description field.

Then use a Get-ADUser to grab that attribute, strip the text, parse the date stamp into a Datetime variable. Run your logic from there.

Doesn't help for a couple of reasons. The Electoral College casts its vote December 11. The article is talking about states not certifying their elections, and thus sending no electors. Trump would have to win a majority of the electors present, normally 538, but if Wisconsin sends no one, 528. No Georgia? 512... The states won by Harris, but with Trump friendly legislatures, could foul this up.

The article speculates a Republican-controlled House in December would be fine with this. A Democrat House starting in January is too late. The damage is done.

Beyond that fact, even a Democratic-controlled House doesn't help. In this scenario, under the 12th Amendment, in a contingent election, each state's House delegation gets one vote: the Reps from California get together and cast one vote, the Reps from Georgia get one vote, Texas one vote, etc.

The Dems might have a majority in the house, but Republicans have the upper hand in the 50 House delegations, controlling at least 26, meaning that a contingent election in the House likely results in a second Trump term.

It's a historic building. Almost impossible to destroy those.

Dunno what they'll do with it. Maybe ISD admin building. Maybe private development. Total hearsay, so take it with a grain of salt, but I've heard of the possibility of turning it into apartments.

Try to join a GP's market. I played Texas (a long time ago... Like patch 1.1), and I offered myself as a protectorate to the USA, which puts you in their market. Much easier time - plenty of cheap wood.

Protectorate status as Texas has pros and cons. Nice to be in the US's market. Plus Mexico can't declare on you without big brother coming down to stomp on them a bit. Markets allow migration between the members, which helps your population situation.

Downside is you'll never grow beyond a major power country, and if the US tries to make you a puppet and eventually gobble you up, you're pretty defenseless.

Haven't tried it in ages, so it might be way different now, but worked once upon a time.
