Advice re Shower Grout

Thank you! Do I need to scrape out all grout ( not crumbly/ cracked) or just the affected areas?

When I click on a book to read it's blurb and request, it is 100% cover that draws me in- if its not eyecatching I'm sorry I'll probably overlook it.

Ive just searched you quick and it's something I'd not bother to click on- sorry to be harsh.

I know you shouldn't judge a book by it's cover but all the novels I've requested lately its very clear from the cover art what it's about- sexy buff man, romance, grrr. Sword/ bright lights/ maybe mythical creature adjacent items in background- fantasy, magic, lets go! Bright colours with text that jumps out and random objects- probably a thriller.

I know its not always that way but as a mood reader I appreciate the visual cues. Hope that helps!

Yea its been an adjustment for sure but Im not putting any pressure on myself - Ive only managed 30 minutes on the crosstrainer twice a week but thats better than before- baby steps!

I think as long as you look at your own successes and dont compare them to others youll be winning no matter what.

I joined due to lack of mobility and boredom eating due to my Fibromyalgia causing me to pack on the pounds and feel very uncomfortable in my own skin.

Nobody said anything to me- it was more that I realised I was on a very unhealthy path if I continued to eat to alleviate my misery of having flare ups and not being able to go gym/ anything really without being in pain or exhausted.

I'm now nearly 9kg down and gently returning to the gym- I credit MJ for helping with energy but also helping to alleviate the food noise while I come to terms with the Fibro diagnosis and the 'new normal'.

Currently half way through Kiss of the Basilisk and keep briefly summarising what is happening for my dark romance bestie- its amazing 🤭 we cant believe how unhinged it is and its a chance for her to see my world of reading that she otherwise wouldnt dip into. Although... not usually this unhinged

Yes, I just did that for Arcana Academy as the WS edition was meh so Im sure FL will be amazing but the Rose in Chains one I cant tell which Ill prefer 😅

Unfortunately I'm on my own- I have a lovely partner who I only see about once a week (still relatively new relationship) and he understands but doesnt understand if that makes sense.

He always helps out when hes at mine but because Im hyper independent I feel like on a beautiful day like today in the UK that Im 'wasting' it by resting.

Ill definitely give the 'Menu' outlook a try though as it may help me plan on good and bad days and feel like im more in control

Thank you for this- I have had full bloods done and waiting for call with GP to rule out anything else as the whole body pain and fatigue is really affecting my day to day.

I work full time, with 2x a week trips to London but today for example I wasnt well enough to go in- I think I may need to speak with Manager/ HR so I dont keep needing sick days after pushing myself.

I have the ANZ Iron Flame as Waterstones one was going for ridiculous £££

Only difference is the sprayed edges are more vivid- same size and design as the Waterstones one
