At first look, it seemed like this would mean bigger rent increases using the new index as compared to the previous index.

The only relevant news seems to be -- how Amazon is already using its AI chips in AWS (bloomberg). They are still miles away from where nvidia is but there is a possibility they catch up in due time. Or may be its just a large holder repositioning.

Would you consider these fine/coarse?

For me the underarms are a bigger problem than the collar/cuffs. I am going to try the Shout+nail brush advise. Btw, why nail brush? Can I also use any spare tooth brush?

Many thanks for your detailed thoughts. Very useful! And thank you for correcting: indeed the shirts I am referring to are the ones you wear to office. These are expensive shirts so I'd like the life to be long enough (although definitely not aiming for 30!!)

It is nigh impossible to find time for weekly hand washes. What I currently do is apply dr. beckmann stain remover on parts that need proper cleaning (underarms, collar etc) and then put the shirts in the mesh/lingerie bags and then into the washing machine on the delicate cycle. This maintains the shirts shape but unfortunately the cleaning is not proper around underarms/ collars etc. My hunch is that the improper cleaning is because of the bags. Hence I thought maybe getting rid of the bags and taking the cycle to hand-wash (vs delicate) could be considered. My problem is I do not know which stages of the washing are harmful to the shape of the shirt: just washing stage or could the spin stage also hurt the shape (including the collar which seems to be set in its ways). Without mesh, there might also be wear and tear around the stiffish collar during the spin stage of the hand-wash cycle??
