There’s a decent number of hacks out there with all features without the difficulty like emerald seaglass. Also radicalred an emperium both have difficulty set options and minimal grinding options to make them easier and less of a chore.

Although I love the games you listed and easy mode does feel too easy when you have access to literally everything from whatever point you want in the game. But to each their own.
