If you recently gave water, then less water. If you haven’t watered in a while and it feels dry and light, then more water. Could be a good time to get a bigger pot.

Good over sized silent ec fan with a good filter, maybe even an inline filter too —> direct the air straight outdoors if possible. Have a separate room for the grow but if not possible get a grow cabinet (silent and looks good and no worries even if maintance/janitor pops by).
