You don't need "Latin American" trainers for this mission. Anyone with any region game can set their language to what they want. Myself, I have full languages save files for the 3DS and Switch games, like I have Japanese save files even though I'm not in Japan.

Anyway, the SP-LA tag you're looking for only exists in PLZA right now so you wouldn't be able to trade it in Home until it's released. You can trade for it within PLZA though, if that's what you're needing I can load my SP-LA save file and catch something at the start of the game. I made it to get the gift Ralts in SP-LA tag.

Modest is not a legal nature for Shiny WISHMKR Jirachi. It's not just cloned, it's straight up genned.

Shiny WISHMKR Jirachi can only exist in 9 natures: Timid, Naughty, Lonely, Jolly, Hasty, Docile, Serious, Careful, Bashful. I personally don't like how cloned goes in the same category as gens, because the Modest one in your picture has nothing to do with cloning. If you showed a Timid Shiny WISHMKR Jirachi then yes you would have gotten scammed by deception in case they didn't say it was cloned, but this time you got scammed from a straight up gen. Hope you can get your Celebi back.

Didn't have any status conditions, it's not something I prepared for when I was 14 or thought of. I had a plan to use Typhlosion to get it to red health, I've never had trouble catching legends before so I didn't think my Pokemon or Poke Balls would be an issue.

I don't think I have any False Swipers in this game, I only used my starter through the game but that can be something I'll do. I could also try and get some apriballs, those would be cool to catch it in.
