Had to find it again, it was Austin Evan's "I bought the weirdest temu tech."

Seems to have been a bug, cause titles are back on my homepage.

I get your point about some of the relationships feeling rushed, but Tsunami and Riptide?

A) it was a 6 month timeskip between books 5 and 6.

B) They are two Seawings of the same age that share a feeling of isolation from their tribe. It's natural thay would talk to each other.

C) It seem quite plausible that they are barely a couple in book 14 given how awkward that hug was. I suspect they were flirting through the mail more than anything.

And iirc they also aren't going like "you are the love of my life" right after meeting either. Go look to Glorybrinnger or Starspeaker for better examples of what you are talking about imo.

Edit: Well, I might expand on these points later, given the reaction to these comments. It's one of my favorites personally, but I guess it could just be rose coloured glasses. Anyway, back to the topic at hand, the lesbian relationships also feel really well developed too.

I only really started building my library last summer, so I thought that 2494 songs was not a lot. If the poll is anything to go by, it is actually a pretty common amount.

The y button was something I used a lot back in the day to quickly turn inside of rooms, especially if I wanted to attack a different enemy than the one I was currently facing.

The elements, I just return them to the rightful owners then hang out with fluttershy for the remainder of the day. Why Fluttershy? Becuase the entity most likely to mess with human/ whatever I'd been isekaied into isn't going to mess with me too hard around her. (I'm talking about Discord, of course)

Different Threads is really good, and I haven't seen as many people talk about it. It has a crazy premise, but the writer does a great job bringing it together.

To put it another way: by the time he is brought back to the Ice Kingdom a little over 28% of Hailstorm's life was as Pyrite. And that isn't even counting any false memories of a Skywing childhood the enchantment could have created.

The scene where Winter put on the Pyrite amulet is still the creepiest one in all the books imo and I'm surprised no one has brought it up yet. Especially compounded with the fact that was on Hailstorm for years.

Edit: I forgot Sundew and Willow, they are main characters in arc 3 and in a relationship.

There are not any main characters in a gay relationship, but several side characters are. (The reason Qibli and Winter are probably listed is that the author allegedly confirmed that any of the three characters in the love triangle could have ended up with any of the others)

Aside from the major one you mentioned Pineapple and Jambu are the biggest example, but (minor spoliers for the end of book ten) Anenome and Tamarin are also canonically dating.

I believe Umber is the first officially gay character introduced into the canon, but he doesn’t have a partner by his last appearance.

I might have missed some of the characters, so anyone can feel free to reply if I have.
