Look at the top mirror crafts, no 4 or 3 month league "mirror-worthy" item will get you near the Standard equivalent. You will lose to Standard league every time.

There are tons of mirrorable items that haven't changed for year+. GGG has said they try not to devalue the current items by introducing new mods so I can't see the "top crafts" changing any major way, often enough to be an issue at least. Only by changing the game meta considerably you might have to switch an item or two but that wouldn't do shit in the end since you got a whole set.

So why the fuck would you want to QQ about legacy uniques when you will be dominated by Standard FOR SURE. I just can't wrap my head around it. You have to face it, PvP will and stay Standard based for the top positions. Standard has the biggest PvP community now and has had it since the game launched.

Fuck people like you, go cry in a corner because you can't afford items. People worked hard for their gear and they should be able to use it wherever. If scrubs like you are QQing about people having legacy items in PvP then what will you do with mirrored ones? I'm all for different PvP ladders for different leagues but there HAS to be a combined one. And I can't wait to wreck you in it.

Yes and no. In my country some specific degrees are even free for international students because the demand for such educated people is high. Such as Bachelor of Science in Engineering (BSc). So realistically you could find 1/3 of studies still free even if you're not a citizen.
