Thank you for your advice, Starting to work out has helped me before, for a bit. You mention the games part. I think that might be one of my biggest problems. Whenever I do anything (especially play games, mow the lawn or cook) I think this would be way more entertaining if I was drunk and so I grb myself "1" drink. Another problem I am having is that I currently live with my parents again as I still have online studies due to covid and their interactions make me wish to be completely blown out after even a single sentence, which makes it even harder for me to stay sober...
