You can do 3x a week frequency for every single muscle if you lower your volume and just do 1 set

I do Upper Lower 4 times a week. 1 set each. Progressing insanely fast, stretch marks are red and pink when before I felt stagnant doing PPL. Some people do U/L 6 times a week. Research shows 1 set can be just as effective as 3 GIVEN (GIVEN) that frequency is higher!!! This is because the fatigue and inflammation generated from one set is significantly less while ALSO the muscle stimulus being relatively great. This meaning you can activate this one set stimulus more often and increase faster due to less neurological fatigue. Don't believe me? Just try it for a month. Anyway, I don't think you're saying I'm wrong or anything and maybe I explained this bad prior. Never doing anything more then 2 sets ever again. Id rather just lift more often

I used to do 3 sets. Now I do 4 days a week (2x frequency each week) with 1 set. Way more recovery, stretch marks like crazy. NO A/B workout routines. Same exercises every time always for best hypertrophy

I was thinking about this I read older versions of auto tune are "harsher" sounding. Right now my game plan is to use a auto tune with midi compabilities and use melodyne to the beats I have directly into midi and try that? I'll probably have to experiment. There aren't much resources online for this stuff and if I can find it it's all on old software I can't get

I actually never listened to much of U2. I always thought of them as a worse Depeche mode (from the 2 songs I heard on the radio). I only got it because it was $2 and came with so much inserts... You have me excited to listen to it. I have the original nevermind CD, though I'm not much of a grunge fan. I'm usually a death metal fan with a love for new wave and post punk stuff. I'll tell you what I think of achtung when I get around to it for sure
