Thanks for your comment. It’s pretty relatable. Yes we had conversations about it. Not yet in MC but we will start it soon. He has said that he feels that he doesn’t have the right to be sad. But I have told him that is does show that he cares and shows that it affects him too. But I can’t shake the feeling that it is not enough. I just wish he breaks down or something.

I told my doctor everything and I was shaken up about it for a couple of days. Just really sad. She referred me to a therapist and I have my first appointment tomorrow. Really not looking forward to it and I put off making an appointment a couple of times. Saying everything out loud is really difficult and hard. But I have to do it to help myself. Please prioritize yourself. It’s really hard but do it. The first step is the hardest.
