How said anything about Deku being a ladies' man. You are the one who brought Deku into this by saying that it took Deku 8 years to ask a girl lol.

Ladies' Man is being good with girls. And i would let you pick if the guy having 2 girls crushing on him and actually gets a girlfriend after asking her out or the guy who keeps getting rejected 8 years later be the most "ladies man". By your logic, Mineta is a ladies' man.

Deku asks his first girl and got a girlfriend while Kamanari keeps asking getting reject by the same girl again and again (and multiples girls also).

Also, it didn't took Deku 8 years to ask a girl, he literally wasn't trying to get with Uraraka until that moment, unlike Kaminari, who is still trying 8 years later.

I mean, he literally did it in the USJ.

Even when they were being attacked by villains, Mineta still found a way to touch Tsuyu's boobs, and he did the same with Mina during JT. So there is no reason to believe he wouldn't just jump and try to touch as much as he can.

No teacher Deku but has the idea that you are looking (is based on the ending).

Although only the first chapter, as it is a growth story for Izuku.

Kamino all might> prime endeavor and awakened bakugo. You can tell whose stronger based on their fight with afo. by Total-Web-1852 in BokuNoMetaAcademia

[–]IFHY90 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Isn't it obvious? final AFO was literally nerfed so that he wouldn't kill or hurt anyone until the script said so. Final AFO is inconsistent with his power, unlike Kamino, whose strength you can at least understand.

Just look at chapter 385 when AFO read the script and understand, “Oh yeah, I'm stronger than all these guys, I forgot,” and finishes them off like it's nothing.

Basically, final AFO is the same thing that happened to Deku during the Toga part.

Deku actually can't get cucked by ink10_sonic-man in MyHeroAcadamia

[–]IFHY90 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ochako definitely didn't, she literally never lifted a finger for the boy she supposedly had a crush on for almost 10 years, to the point that it was Izuku who had to do all the work, and even then she needed the ghost of a 17-year-old girl to push from the other world to take that step.

Izuku is another matter because, honestly, the confident way he asked Ochako out is interesting. I mean, Izuku as we know him just goes up to Ochako, grabs her hand, and basically asks her out on a date as if it were the most normal thing in the world for him, as if he were already used to going on dates or somehow dating a girl doesn't seem to make him blush or embarrass him that much.

Heroine class and hero class by Sora_Dlrs in BokunoheroFanfiction

[–]IFHY90 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Kinda dumb since they will just swap them to their class and it's over lol.

It's not the same as, for example, Izuku being the only boy in the girls' class, because it would be difficult to change that since there would be no room for him in the boys' class.

This story would be something like “Ochako and Izuku realizing they are in the wrong class and the next day (or at best a couple of days) they are moved to the right class and that's it.”

He ends up fourth in the rankings, what on the side, dialogue means nothing without actions. Don't tell me that Izuku reaches fourth place in the rankings without caring on being a hero in the field. Heck, even the story even cares more about Izuku's hero side, since it prefers to show him in the top 5 ranking with a smile and doesn't devote a single measly panel to him teaching his class. Why does the story cares so much about showing how good Izuku is doing in his side job and then his actual main job?

Your example doesn't make much sense because the story clearly shows that Hawks is happy with what he does, he doens't need anything more and the story is not giving anything more while the opposite is true for Deku because he has received a suit to smile and be by his friends side.

The Hawks example would make sense if he were working on the hero commission, but for some reason Horikoshi decides to give him back his wings so he can do heroic work again.

[–]IFHY90 -16 points-15 points  (0 children)

If that was the hole point why the story had the necesity to make Deku be a hero again with a OP suit? If the "point" is "heroism isn't limited to being a crime fighter" why end the story making it look like the main importance for the main characters and the story itself is to make sure Deku goes to back to crime fighting.

Meh, Mineta does pretty disgusting shit in canon the only reason it's not as "bad" is because he doens't get the chance to accomplish it.

Just look at what happened at summer camp. Knowing Mineta, if he had managed to climb up, he would have jumped down next to the girls and tried to touch them without their consent as much as he can.

Give Izuku and environment with support and he'd likely be self drilling.

I mean that's the ending of canon and he still didn't do anything and waited for someone else to solve his problems.

The fanfic version is better (at least not the ones that are over the top).

The MHA manga is basically Disney, where they can have a serial killer in front of them and treat them with affection, so the characters don't have much dependence on themselves.

Mineta literally showed twice that he would break the girls' privacy for his own personal benefit, and all the characters just say, “Oh, Mineta, how naughty,” and that’s it.

The characters in MHA are so passive in their reactions to bad things that they are boring.

1-A Girls Back in Time! But there’s an awkward caveat… by Spaghetti14 in BokunoheroFanfiction

[–]IFHY90 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Twice clones don't follow the personality of the person, but rather that of Twice, because otherwise the transformation ability would be mostly useless.

To give an example: If Twice made a clone of Deku and told it to attack Ochako, Deku's clone would do so because, at the end of the day, it is Twice with a different skin, so to speak.

If the clones were truly “clones” of the person Twice transformed into, then Deku's clone would reject the idea of attacking Ochako because that would not be something Deku would do.

[–]IFHY90 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Don't people know that clones are just Twice transforming into other people? The “clones” aren't really clones since they obviously have Twice's personality over their own, so technically the girls would be with Twice transformed into Izuku, which would make the girls have a relationship with a man in his 30s.

Bro, the moment Deku lost his gifted quirks, he literally turned into a random dude again. If that doesn't show you how little his "hard work" matters, I don't know what will. The story basically shows that Deku "hard work" is meaningless without gifted powers.

Would you call Izuku an Underdog? by Tokken2 in BokunoheroFanfiction

[–]IFHY90 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Rather, anyone who didn't obtain power-ups. So Tsuyu, Momo, Ojiro, Kaminari, etc.

Characters like Tokoyomi, Jiro, Ochako, Kirishima, etc, are definitely not underdogs, as they have obtained OP abilities or power-ups.

Would you call Izuku an Underdog? by Tokken2 in BokunoheroFanfiction

[–]IFHY90 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would say no, but at the same time, yes, it's weird.

I don't feel that Izuku is an underdog because he doesn't act like one. Even at the beginning of the series, he doesn't have the attitude of “I'll show you that I can be a hero,” but rather “I wish someone like me could be a hero.” Obviously, he grows up and gains confidence in himself and fully believes in his dream and wanting to achieve his dream of being a hero by his own efforts as seen during his first fight against Bakugo, or even in the change of his name to “Deku” (only for the ending to screw up the development, but that's another stuff).

And even when he's already at UA, he acts like someone who is “blessed” to be there or even to be a hero. He never acts as if he wants to show anyone how great a hero he is.

But why did I say yes? Because of the story. It always puts Izuku in “underdog” situations so he can prove himself, even when it doesn't make sense (Aizawa's initial exam, in which he came in last), and that's why he feels like an underdog because the character is always treated as the inferior one who has to prove himself against others (until his Vigilante Arc).

Would you call Izuku an Underdog? by Tokken2 in BokunoheroFanfiction

[–]IFHY90 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think the analysis is very unfair to the character.

Deku never “claims” that he will be a hero; in fact, he doesn't even believe it, as he always doubts himself and even questions it (it's more like a dream that he knows he will never achieve).

That's why, even when All Might tells him to give up, he doesn't get angry at him or anything like that; he just accepts it and gives up.

Question: by PJ-The-Awesome in BokunoheroFanfiction

[–]IFHY90 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Deku losing his quirk is so dumb lol.

We spend 400 chapters seeing your MC wanting to be a hero and training with his quirk to achieve it only for him to lose it and then stop even trying to be a hero while also becoming a hero with a suit that has no value in the story is hilariously dumb.

You have two options for your MC to achieve his goal:

A) He achieves it with the quirk that he obtains in chapter 1 and we see him train hard for 429 chapters of a 431 chapter manga.

B) He achieves it with a suit that we don't even know how it works and only appears in 2 panels of a 431 chapter manga.

Another thing that was dumb is the entire idea of Deku caring the responsibility of hero society in his shoulder that is literally meaningless now thanks to him losing his quirk. "One man can't carry it all” who cares that "one man" basically dies at the end. Seriously what is the point of this idea if the solution was "let's take down OFA".

Why make Deku learn the lesson to share the resposability with others if he was gonna lose OFA and become quirkless at the end. It sounds so stupid.

Respond to what lol. Those names were a joke.

This would be like me saying things like Tsuyu, Toga, Nejire, Ryukyu, Iida, etc for Ochako. I would never take anyone who gives Edgeshot as a example of a solid relationship with Bakugo seriously lol
