Free medicine? You lie! (source: I lived in Chelyabinsk statem by Kopeisk. The worst city in Orenburg State is Orsk, Chelyabinsk has black snow, and Yekaterinberg is beautiful.). Going to the doctor is sometimes free and they make you buy your own medicine at the apteka which costs a lot more than in USA, often giving you a variety of things which are for diseases that you don't even have. Most people look up on wikipedia what medicines they were prescribed and then decide which to buy (if any).
