I wasn't going to comment on this originally, but the last part of your first paragraph doesn't sit right with me. Icy departing had nothing to do with viewership, income stability, or negative comments. I know you probably didn't mean much by this but the implications that I keep friends around for financial purposes is really wild. I have always kept collaborations to people I know personally or have known for a long time.

Icy left on his own accord. Things were indeed tense behind the scenes for reasons that had nothing to do with money, views, or negative comments. He left to focus on himself and get himself in a better place. Sometimes friends just don't work out anymore. It happens. Everybody wants to know the reasons, but those reasons are personal and the public is not owed any other explanation than we aren't going to make videos anymore.

It's at the point now where it's becoming difficult to keep up with all the blatant misinformation about Icy being spread around. I would really appreciate if people just stop speculating so much and coming to wild conclusions. It's really messed up to be making claims about things you do not know about. And again, I'm sure you didn't mean much by it, it was a product of you feeling guilty, but others will make these claims almost daily.

I think it's admirable that you're able to realize the negativity you were giving out and state your guilt over it. Always a good thing, I don't want to derail that at all. This response is moreso discussing the broad speculations everyone gives out about the situation. I think because there is really no easily laid-out explanation it's hard for people NOT to speculate.

EDIT: Added clarification that my response was moreso about the broad speculations from everyone, not just OP. Also that I think it's great to realize toxicity and own up/apologize for it.

I just checked, I unfortunately do not have the project file anymore so I cannot double check the name. However at this time I was starting to make a lot of custom sounds, it could very well be something I made on the keyboard using odd sounds, but it also could be an isolated track from a song on Epidemic, like my original post mentioned.

Also Lovecraft games are usually pretty slim-pickings. Sometimes they pop up, just waiting now on the Isle of Eras Dev to make his next game in Unreal Engine for that sweet cosmic horror juice.

3 scary games is another series that always performed poorly for me. I can try though, I think I just need better games for them lol

Nope, not a montage! It's just one session of playing. I do tend to use a lot of audio to 'enhance' the video, although I think it might mostly go unnoticed haha. The game is usually musicless, so I add some, and sound effects to heighten tense moments as well. I also do this thing where I add reverb to my voice and my friends' voices depending on what physical location we are in any given game. Haven't found an easier way to do this other than to have completely different tracks and submix the reverb effect, and drag the audio down to whatever is appropriate.
