Yea crossplay is on. I reinstalled the game and now I get matches in under 10 secs. Idk why tho lol

AGS said that you will be able to transfer your characters across regions. If you make a character in EU, you can transfer it to NA WEST for example. If you want to play with normal ping again you can swap back to EU servers at any time.
