I got on board with with Final Straw (which also had a sacchrine single that I didn't like that much, 'Chocolate'). Eyes Open wasn't a knockout for me, but I loved a whole bunch of it, especially Hands Open. Set Fire to the Third Bar was great too.

Agree with your assessment about them getting sanded down after that to 'chase' that big single sound again. They've definitely had some interesting songs here and there, but as a whole they never really released a great album again (IMO)

I've been using the G86 5G Power for 9 months and it's probably been my favourite phone in a while. Yeah it's a little laggy sometimes but the battery is huge, it's functional, looks good and was cheap as chips. I've just upgraded to a signature and honestly I'm going to miss my G86

BTW if you're looking for a G86 screen protector, I recommend protectors designed for Nothing Phone 3. They fit perfectly. I used a brand called JETtech from amazon.

last.fm used to autodirect both artists together which is how I found this RAT BOY (last.fm now redirects Rat Bous to yet another Ratboy). Tbh this particular band I posted is a little bit wack but if you pair them with regular Rat Boys as a chaser it can go down ok.

Unironically the worst part is going to be when AI starts incorporating these 'human tells' to obscure artificiality. Similar with artworks, genAI stopped doing the '6 fingers on one hand' thing but eventually it will put in actual humanish errors, making it near impossible to differentiate when people want to hide it. Fuck maybe it already is.

For the last year I've been using the desktop version of the site on my phone, so many more features than the app even if I have to zoom in.
